The Arkansas Appraisers Economic Summit is a 4-hour professional development event designed to provide appraisers with timely economic insight, regulatory updates, and practical strategies for navigating today’s evolving real estate and valuation landscape.
Expert-led presentations cover the current state of the commercial real estate market in Arkansas, analysis of the broader economic cycle and emerging trends, regulatory hot topics and frequently asked questions affecting Arkansas appraisers, the ethical use of generative AI in appraisal practice, and the evolution of master planned development through a local case study.
